aba360 is hiring entry-level ABA professionals to provide one-on-one services in clients' homes or community settings across New Jersey. No prior experience is required, making it a great entry point into psychology and special education fields. Roles primarily start part-time with flexible afternoon/evening hours.

You will work on evidence-based ABA plans, track progress, and support families in implementing strategies to improve independence and behavior.

Qualifications

• Patience, compassion, and a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Reliable transportation is required to travel to clients' homes or community sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Act as part of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to improve treatment effectiveness.
