aba360 is seeking caring individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations in New Jersey. This part-time position welcomes learners and offers flexible afternoon/evening hours.

No prior experience is required; evening and weekend opportunities may be available to fit student schedules. You will support independence and positive behavior through evidence-based ABA interventions, collaborate with families, and maintain accurate session data using electronic

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
