Job summary

Connect ABA + Therapy seeks compassionate Behavior Technicians to implement individualized ABA services under the supervision of a BCBA. You will deliver evidence-based interventions, collect progress data, and help clients build essential life skills in homes, schools, and community settings.

You will collaborate with BCBA and team members to adapt strategies, maintain ethical standards, and communicate with families.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates compassion and dedication to supporting individuals with special needs.
• Ability to follow instructions and implement intervention plans with fidelity.
• Ability to collect accurate data and track client progress.
• Reliable transportation for travel to client homes, schools, or community settings.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) developed by the BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one ABA instruction using DTT, naturalistic teaching, and behavior management techniques.
• Collect data on client progress and behavior using designated tools.
• Assist clients in acquiring functional skills across communication, socialization, self-care and independent living.
• Foster a supportive and positive learning environment to promote engagement and independence.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and team to review progress and adjust strategies as needed.
• Communicate progress updates to families, caregivers, and team members.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
