Job summary

Storybook ABA seeks a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy. You will collect data on behavior and skill acquisition, work with a collaborative team, and maintain professionalism in all client interactions.

Flexible hours and a supportive environment are offered, with competitive hourly pay and opportunities for growth. Travel to client sites is required, and a vehicle is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in ABA or with children with autism.
• RBT training is a plus.
• 2 years ABA therapy experience preferred.
• Reliable vehicle and transportation to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy.
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions.
• Maintain professionalism and be goal-oriented.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication.
• Have reliable transportation to travel to client locations.
• Demonstrate strong time management and collaboration with a professional team.
• Experience in ABA or with children with autism is preferred.

Responsibilities for our RBTs/Registered Behavior Technicians:

• Provide in-home, and community-based Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions
• Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work
• Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle
• Excellent time management skills
• Desire to be involved in a collaborative team of professionals with the drive to achieve positive outcomes
• Experience in applied behavior analysis or with children with autism
