Job summary

Children Making Strides is seeking enthusiastic Behavioral Therapists/ABA Therapists to work with children with autism in in-home, daycare, and center-based settings. You will provide ABA therapy, help develop communication and social skills, and draft progress reports for senior health professionals.

Ideal candidates join a passionate team, receive dynamic supervision from BCBAs, and participate in a paid training program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in a related field (preferred but not required).
• Must have a valid driver’s license, registered vehicle and active car insurance.
• Experience with ABA and/or young children is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy services to children in homes, clinics or center settings and draft reports for health professionals.

Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Behavioral Therapists for children with autism, aged 2-9, in home, daycare and center-based settings. As an ABA Therapist/Behavior Technician, you will provide ABA therapy services to children, creating engaging and fun learning experiences, and drafting reports to relay their progress to senior health professionals.

Physical Requirements:

• Maintain close, continuous proximity to clients throughout sessions.
• Respond quickly to elopement attempts and behavioral crises, including physical intervention when necessary.
• Perform prolonged standing, walking, kneeling, crouching, and floor-level work.
• Provide continuous, uninterrupted supervision of clients throughout scheduled sessions.
