AllTheWay ABA seeks a compassionate Behavior Technician to implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision, primarily for children with behavioral challenges in Massachusetts.

You will support ADLs, document progress, apply behavior intervention plans, and collaborate with families. The role offers flexible hours, paid training, and opportunities for advancement in a supportive pediatric clinic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children, particularly with developmental or behavioral disorders, preferred.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation practices is preferred.
• Knowledge of behavior management techniques and patient care practices is essential.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans developed by the BCBA, utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques.
• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) to promote independence and improve overall functioning.
• Monitor and document client progress, ensuring accurate medical documentation in compliance with organizational standards.
• Provide behavior management strategies to address challenging behaviors effectively.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to develop care plans that align with client needs and goals.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients during therapy sessions.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills in behavioral health.
