AllTheWay ABA in Massachusetts is seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician (BT) to support children with behavioral challenges under BCBA supervision. You will implement individualized treatment plans and help clients build skills in daily living.

The role offers flexible hours (Mon–Fri with weekend options), a pay rate of $26–$28 per hour, and benefits including paid time off, paid training, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children, particularly those with developmental or behavioral disorders.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation practices preferred.
• Knowledge of behavior management techniques and patient care practices.
• Background in implementing care plans is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans developed by the BCBA, utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques.
• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) to promote independence and improve overall functioning.
• Monitor and document client progress, ensuring accurate medical documentation in compliance with organizational standards.
• Provide behavior management strategies to address challenging behaviors effectively.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to develop care plans that align with client needs and goals.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients during therapy sessions.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills in behavioral health.
