AllTheWay ABA is seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team. The BT will work under a BCBA to implement individualized plans for children with behavioral challenges, focusing on ABA-based interventions.

Choose your own hours, Monday to Friday. Weekends are available as needed. Pay ranges from $26.00 to $28.00 per hour, with benefits including paid time off, paid training, and professional development support.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation practices is preferred.
• Experience working with children, particularly those with developmental or behavioral disorders, is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of behavior management techniques and patient care practices is essential.
• A background in implementing care plans is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans developed by the BCBA, utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques.
• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) to promote independence and improve overall functioning.
• Monitor and document client progress, ensuring accurate medical documentation in compliance with organizational standards.
• Provide behavior management strategies to address challenging behaviors effectively.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to develop care plans that align with client needs and goals.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients during therapy sessions.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills in behavioral health.
