AllTheWay ABA is seeking a compassionate and dedicated behavior technician to join our wonderful team, working under the supervision of a BCBA to implement individualized treatment plans for clients, primarily focusing on children with behavioral challenges.

The BT will use Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques, assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), monitor progress, and collaborate with families to develop care plans, while maintaining a safe, supportive environment and pursuing

Qualifications

• Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation practices is preferred.
• Experience working with children, particularly those with developmental or behavioral disorders, is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of behavior management techniques and patient care practices is essential.
• A background in implementing care plans is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans developed by the BCBA, utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques.
• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) to promote independence and improve overall functioning.
• Monitor and document client progress, ensuring accurate medical documentation in compliance with organizational standards.
• Provide behavior management strategies to address challenging behaviors effectively.
