Job summary

Children Making Strides is seeking enthusiastic Behavioral Therapists to provide ABA therapy for children with autism, aged 2-9, in home, daycare and center-based settings. You will deliver engaging ABA sessions and draft progress reports for senior health professionals.

Ideal candidates are positive, patient, and creative, with empathy and a passion for helping children shine. A related degree is preferred but not required; driver’s license and insurance are expected.

As an ABA Therapist/Behavior Technician, you will provide ABA therapy services to children, creating engaging and fun learning experiences, and drafting reports to relay their progress to senior health professionals.

• Bachelor's or Associates degree in a related field (or related experience with ABA and/or young children) preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid driver's license, a registered vehicle and active car insurance.

Physical Requirements

• Maintain close, continuous proximity to clients throughout sessions.
• Respond quickly to elopement attempts and behavioral crises, including physical intervention when necessary.
• Perform prolonged standing, walking, kneeling, crouching, and floor-level work.
• Provide continuous, uninterrupted supervision of clients throughout scheduled sessions.
