Job summary

Alpha Home Health and Hospice provides 1:1 ABA services to children with autism and developmental delays in home and center-based settings. A dedicated team partner to BCBA supervisors, you will implement individualized treatment plans and monitor progress.

As part of our clinical team, you will use evidence-based ABA strategies to support communication, daily living, social, and play skills, collect and document session data, and maintain open communication with families and supervisors.

Qualifications

• Experience with ABA and autism.
• Strong data collection and record-keeping abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with families and clinical teams to support child progress.
