Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services Spokane is hiring a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children with Autism. This is a part-time, Monday–Friday on-site role in Spokane Valley, WA. Pay ranges from $21 to $26 per hour.

Join a supportive team that implements plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts and tracks child progress and milestones. Relevant coursework or experience in psychology, education, or related fields is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong passion for working with children with special needs.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• College coursework or experience in psychology/education/behavioral fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help children work on social skills, communication skills, and repetitive or restrictive behaviors
• Document child progress and milestones
• Follow and implement behavior change plans created by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts
