Job summary

Behavioral Innovations in Katy, TX is seeking Entry-Level Behavior Technicians / RBTs for clinic-based ABA therapy with paid training. We offer BCBA supervision, a clear career path, and flexible hours within an 8am–6pm, Monday–Friday schedule.

Full-time preferred; part-time requires availability and 25+ hours weekly. Position involves 1:1 therapy for children ages 18 months to 10 years, data collection, and collaboration with a BCBA.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation to the clinic.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1, center-based ABA therapy to children (18 months–10 years).
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record behavioral data.
• Support skill development, communication, and social interaction.
• Participate in training, supervision, and team collaboration.
• Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment.
