Job summary

Behavioral Innovations is hiring Entry-Level Behavior Technicians / Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide clinic-based ABA therapy to children with autism in Fort Worth, TX. Paid training is provided, with BCBA supervision and a clear path for career growth.

Center hours are 8am–6pm, Monday–Friday; part-time options require availability within these hours. You’ll progress through RBT levels with pay increases, receive RBT certification support, CPR/First Aid training, and background

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation to the clinic.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 60 days.
• CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain.
• Background check including child abuse registry and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1, center-based ABA therapy to children (18 months–10 years).
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record behavioral data.
• Support skill development, communication, and social interaction.
• Participate in training, supervision, and team collaboration.
• Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment.
