Heartland Behavior is hiring for part-time ABA roles in the United States. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, supporting independence and positive behavior while collaborating with families and the clinical team.

No prior experience is required as paid training is provided; a high school diploma or equivalent is sufficient, with reliable transportation to visit client locations.

• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable method of transportation to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Work as part of a clinical team implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and engage with families.
