No ABA experience is required as comprehensive training is provided; the role is ideal for Education professionals seeking afternoon/evening hours and entry into psychology.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team with direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisor(s) to enhance treatment effectiveness.
