Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. You will implement care plans under clinical supervision and help clients gain independence through evidence-based interventions.

Ideal candidates have an RBT certification (or plan to obtain), a focus on compassionate care, and a willingness to work part-time with flexible scheduling. Paid training is included to support your growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification must be obtained before working.
