No prior ABA experience is required; comprehensive training and ongoing supervision are provided to help you grow within our supportive team in James City County.
Are you passionate about providing support to children and the special needs community? Do you enjoy incorporating fun and creativity into your work? Are you unafraid to show a little goofiness? If the thought of a desk job makes you cringe, then this opportunity is perfect for you!
At A Better Day ABA, we specialize in offering applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism in various settings, including the home, clinic, and community. We opened our clinic in James City County for young autistic children who need intensive ABA therapy. We know that ABA done right can change the trajectory of a child's education.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to take on the role of a behavior technician (BT) and become an integral part of our dedicated team. As a behavior technician, you will be responsible for providing personalized ABA therapy to our young clients with special needs, under the direct, on-site supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
While previous experience in ABA is desirable, it is not mandatory. ABA therapy focuses on teaching new behaviors, so if you are energetic and enjoy working with children, we can provide the necessary training.
