Mercy Plus is seeking a compassionate ABA Behavior Technician to work with children in a part-time role. Paid training is provided, and no prior ABA experience is required. You’ll deliver one-on-one ABA therapy and record progress while supporting families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• No ABA experience required—paid training provided.
• Strong communication, patience, and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
• Collect and record client progress during each session.
