Job summary

Mercy Plus is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians (ABA) working with children. No ABA experience required — we provide paid training and ongoing support.

Flexible part-time schedule, meaningful work, and opportunities to grow in the Applied Behavior Analysis field. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred. This role offers hands-on learning, supervision from BCBA professionals, and a welcoming team dedicated to children's progress.

Qualifications

• No ABA experience required; paid training provided.

• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required or stated.

Responsibilities

Experience in childcare, education, caregiving, direct support, behavioral health, or related fields is a plus—but not required.

What You'll Do

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)-we'll teach you how.
• Collect and record client progress during each session.
