Job summary

Northeast Arc is seeking a Behavior Therapist to provide ABA services in home and community settings in the Waltham area. You will work with children aged 15 months to 12 years, applying evidence-based ABA to enhance communication, daily living, social and adaptive skills under BCBA/LABA supervision.

Responsibilities include direct service delivery, data collection, and collaboration with families and caregivers in natural environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or Associate's in a related field (psychology, early childhood education, social work).
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification may substitute for the education requirement.
Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Provide home and community-based support to individuals using evidence-based ABA.
Work with individuals and families in natural environments to improve communication, daily living, and social skills.
Implement goals and strategies outlined in treatment plans in collaboration with supervisors.
Attend meetings, trainings, and supervision sessions.
Complete session notes, data, and required paperwork.
Ensure health, safety, and well-being of clients.
