Job summary

Acorn Health seeks Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team and deliver high-quality ABA interventions under supervision of BCBAs. You will provide 1:1 treatment across centers, homes, and schools, focusing on data collection and progress tracking while collaborating with families.

The ideal candidate holds RBT certification (preferred), with 1–2 years of experience with children and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred or in progress.
• 1–2 years experience with children preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA treatment to clients.
• Work with BCBA and team to ensure high quality service.
• Support parent and caregiver training as directed by BCBA.
• Collect data and document client records to monitor progress.
• Communicate with parents and supervisors to improve treatment plans.
• Provide services in center, home, school, or other locations as indicated.
• Schedule may include driving between clients.
