360 Behavioral Health is seeking an Assistant Clinical Supervisor I to step into leadership, supervising and mentoring clinical staff while continuing to impact clients through direct care. This mid-level role focuses on clinical oversight and growth within ABA services.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in ABA or related field, 1+ year ABA experience, and a passion for leadership and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in ABA, psychology, special education, or a related field.
• 1+ year of ABA experience including direct client care.
• Interest in leadership, growth, and clinical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Carry a small caseload while supporting and supervising Behavior Technicians.
• Provide mentorship, training, and feedback to clinical staff.
• Monitor client progress and assist in treatment plan development.
• Deliver parent training to increase family engagement.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and other professionals to ensure high-quality care.
• Contribute to team growth through leadership and program support.
