Job summary

Heartland Behavior is seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians to support children with Autism in clients\' homes and community locations across Iowa. You will deliver one-on-one ABA services, implement skill-building plans, and record session data to help clients reach goals.

The position offers part-time hours with flexibility, same-day pay, and pathways for BCBA advancement. A high school diploma and RBT certification are required; paid training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
