Job summary

heartlandbehavior is seeking qualified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with Autism in home and community settings in Iowa. You will deliver one-on-one ABA services under supervision, implement skill-building plans, and collect session data using electronic devices.

No experience? Paid training provided. Part-time roles with flexible schedules, opportunities for advancement through BCBA pathways, and a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral part of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
