Job summary

Heartland Behavior is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team and support children with Autism in home and community settings across Iowa. You will provide one-on-one ABA services, implement skill-building plans, and collaborate with a clinical team to drive client progress.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required before starting work.
• Experience with children with Autism preferred but not required.
• Ability to travel to client homes and community sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
