Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support clients in ABA services. The role focuses on one-on-one in-home or community-based sessions, helping clients achieve goals with evidence-based interventions.

Ideal candidates are passionate about autism support, comfortable in home environments, and committed to a 6-month engagement on a part-time schedule. Training and collaboration with a clinical team are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Ability to work in home-based and community settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as a clinical team member implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
