BK Behavior is seeking enthusiastic and devoted Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team and support clients in achieving their goals. As an accomplished ABA professional, you will apply evidence-based interventions in clients' homes or community locations to promote independence and positive behavior.

This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, same-day pay options, and opportunities for professional growth within a collaborative clinical team.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required before working.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Services provided in clients' homes or in community locations.
• Part-time positions; willing to commit to 6 months.
• Experience in education or early childhood development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices and collaborate with families.
