Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. We support clients in their homes and community settings with evidence-based ABA services. This role offers part-time hours, flexible scheduling, paid training, and same-day pay.

You will work with a dedicated clinical team to help children achieve goals and gain independence. No experience? No problem—paid training is provided, and you can grow into BCBA-backed opportunities as you contribute

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or equivalent
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with autism
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations
• RBT certification is required before working

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in home or community settings
• Implement skill-building and care plans under supervision
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices
• Collaborate with families and the clinical team to support client goals
