Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and make a meaningful impact for children with Autism.
• Positions start off part-time with a 6-month commitment.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, directly implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
