Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. seeks experienced leaders to join our ABA team in Tacoma, WA. You will supervise Behavior Technicians, develop and monitor client programs, and collaborate with families and school staff to maximize progress.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children with special needs and commitment to excellence in applied behavior analysis.
• Strong communication and clinical documentation skills.
• Must have BCaBA certificate OR LABA license OR BCBA qualification (or ability to apply).

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and identify goals and intervention techniques.
• Develop individualized behavior change plans for diverse clients.
• Monitor progress and evaluate treatment effectiveness regularly.
• Maintain collaborative relationships with families, caregivers, and school staff.
• Provide ongoing supervision and training to Behavior Technicians.

Responsibilities:

Conduct behavioral assessments, identifying appropriate behavior goals and intervention techniques

Develop individualized behavior change plans for a diverse client base

Monitor progress and evaluate treatment effectiveness regularly, maintaining high rates of progress

Maintain strong collaborative relationships with families, caregivers, and school staff

Provide ongoing supervision and training to Behavior Technicians

Qualifications:
