Cortica is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead neurodiversity-affirming ABA programming in a hybrid Westchester, IL setting. You will supervise BTs, coordinate care with a transdisciplinary team, and maintain a clinician-focused schedule that balances clinical and administrative duties.
The role offers a strong earning potential with a base salary of $91,000–$114,000 plus two bonus streams, generous PTO, and robust benefits.

As a BCBA at Cortica, you’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment. You'll lead a team of behavior technicians (BTs) , empowering them to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmental differences.
