Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Denver, CO is seeking an ABA Student Analyst (Master's Level) to join our Rising Stars program. This role supports early intervention therapy for children with autism and provides supervised fieldwork hours while pursuing a master’s degree.

As part of a center-based team, you will collect data, help develop individualized treatment plans, and prepare for the BACB exam within six months of joining.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited master’s program.
• 85% of fieldwork hours completed (1700/2000).
• Proof of enrollment in an accredited applicable master's program is required.

Responsibilities

• Providing early intervention therapy in a center-based setting.
• Shaping the minds of children aged 18 months to 13 years.
• Collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans for each child.
• Developing clinical skills under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Collaborating with BCBA’s and the team to live ABC’s core values.
• Allocating 8 hours per week off direct care to work on BDS modules.
• Sitting for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining the team.
