Job summary

Action Behavior Centers seeks an ABA Student Analyst (Master's Level) to provide center-based early intervention therapy for children aged 18 months to 13 years. You will collect data, implement individualized treatment plans and develop clinical skills under BCBA supervision.

You’ll study with a dedicated trainer, participate in structured study groups, and progress along a leadership track toward clinical director roles. Ongoing CEU support and student loan assistance are also provided.

Qualifications

• 85% of fieldwork hours completed (1700/2000 hours).
• All Restricted hours completed.

Responsibilities

• Providing early intervention therapy in a center-based setting.
• Shaping the minds of kiddos aged 18 months to 13 years.
• Collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans for each child.
• Developing clinical skills under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Collaborating with BCBA’s and team members aligned with ABC values.
• Allocate 8 hours per week off direct care to work on BDS modules.
• Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining.
