Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Charlotte, NC seeks an ABA Student Analyst (Master's Level) to provide center-based early intervention therapy under supervision of a BCBA. The role focuses on data-driven treatment for young children and requires enrollment in an accredited master's program.

You will work 32-40 hours per week with a structured path to BCBA certification, comprehensive benefits, and ongoing study support, including group sessions and student loan assistance.

Qualifications

• Proof of enrollment in an accredited applicable masters program.
• 85% of fieldwork hours completed (1700/2000)
• All Restricted hours completed

Responsibilities

• Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting.
• Shape development of children 18 months to 13 years.
• Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Develop clinical skills under BCBA supervision.
• Collaborate with BCBA and team to uphold core values.
• Allocate time weekly to study BDS modules.
• Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining
