Action Behavior Centers is seeking an ABA Student Analyst (Master's Level) in Charlotte, NC to contribute to center-based early intervention therapy for children aged 18 months to 13 years. You will collect data, implement treatment plans, and advance toward BCBA certification under supervision.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited masters program in behavior analysis or related field.
• 85% of fieldwork hours completed (1700/2000 hours).
• Proof of enrollment required.

Responsibilities

• Providing early intervention therapy in a center-based setting.
• Shaping the minds of kiddos aged 18 months to 13 years.
• Collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Developing clinical skills under supervision of a BCBA.
• Allocate 8 hours per week off direct care to work on BDS modules.
• Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining.
