Caravel Autism Health in Ballwin, MO is seeking a Student Analyst II to support ABA therapy across clinic, home, and community settings. The role emphasizes hands-on clinical training, mentorship, and advancement toward BACB certification.

The candidate will implement BSPs and skill acquisition programs, collect data, and collaborate with supervising BCBAs, technicians, and families to ensure high-quality service and progress toward individualized goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Active enrollment in a BACB-approved program working toward BACB certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality direct ABA therapy across clinic, home, school, and community environments.
• Implement behavior support plans and skill acquisition programs under supervision.
• Utilize evidence-based ABA strategies including DTT, NET, task analysis and prompting.
• Collect accurate, timely data during therapy sessions.
• Contribute to client-specific treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collaborate with technicians, supervisors, and caregivers to support service delivery.
• Develop programs, targets, and materials as directed.
• Assist with Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
• Support assessments and inform future treatment goals.
