Job summary

Hidden Stars ABA is seeking dedicated ABA Therapists/RBTs to join our growing New Jersey team. You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes, schools, or community settings, helping children build communication, social, and daily living skills under supervision.

You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, follow behavior intervention strategies, and communicate with your supervising BCBA.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred; we can help the right candidate get certified.
• Experience working with children or individuals with special needs.
• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism.
• Must pass background check and meet state/funding requirements.
• Reliable transportation to travel to clients homes.

About the Role:
Hidden Stars ABA is looking for dedicated, energetic ABA Therapists/RBTs to join our growing team. You will work one-on-one with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, helping them build communication, social, and daily living skills through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Our team provides strong support, reliable scheduling, and opportunities to grow into leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home, school, or community setting

• Implement individualized treatment plans created by the supervising BCBA

• Collect accurate, real-time data during each session

• Follow behavior intervention strategies and provide reinforcement effectively
