Job summary

Hidden Stars ABA seeks dedicated ABA Therapists/RBTs to work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism, delivering ABA therapy in homes, schools, or community settings.

You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect real-time data, and collaborate with supervising BCBA to ensure progress and fidelity. Opportunities exist for leadership as we expand in New Jersey.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred; we can assist with certification.
• Experience with children or individuals with special needs.
• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism.
• Must pass background check and meet state/funding requirements.
• Reliable transportation to travel to clients’ homes.

Responsibilities

Hidden Stars ABA is looking for dedicated, energetic ABA Therapists/RBTs to join our growing team. You will work one-on-one with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, helping them build communication, social, and daily living skills through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Our team provides strong support, reliable scheduling, and opportunities to grow into leadership roles.
