Job summary

Hidden Stars ABA is seeking dedicated ABA Therapists/RBTs to work one-on-one with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, delivering ABA-based communication and daily living skills in home, school, or community settings.

You will implement treatment plans under supervision, collect real-time data, and collaborate with BCBA supervisors to ensure consistent progress. A strong team supports growth and leadership opportunities as the practice expands.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification preferred; assistance to obtain cert.
• Experience with children or individuals with special needs.
• Strong communication, patience and professionalism.
• Background check compliance and state/funding requirements.
• Reliable transportation to travel to clients’ homes.

Hidden Stars ABA is looking for dedicated, energetic ABA Therapists/RBTs to join our growing team. You will work one-on-one with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, helping them build communication, social, and daily living skills through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Our team provides strong support, reliable scheduling, and opportunities to grow into leadership roles.
