What You'll Do as a Registered ABA Behavior Technician:

• Work directly with children with special needs (e.g., Autism Spectrum Disorder) in our ABA Clinic, utilizing ABA strategies to reduce challenging behaviors and teach replacement skills such as communication and socialization
• Receive high-quality, hands-on training
• Supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with ongoing training and feedback
• Record data to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans
• Perform administrative tasks as needed, such as creating stimuli for clients

Requirements for the ABA Behavior Technician:

• Registered Behavior Technician license
• Willingness to provide in-home services
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; college preferred
• Pass background check
• Reliable vehicle, proof of auto insurance, and valid driver’s license
• TB test required
• Bachelor's degree or enrollment in a B.A./B.S. program preferred
• ABA experience preferred
