Job summary

Ivy ABA, part of the Ivy Rehab Network, is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for our Milford, OH location. This full-time role supports BCBA-led interventions, assists with documentation and billing, and helps children and families learn skills through proven ABA therapy.

You bring at least 1 year of ABA experience, RBT certification, strong communication, adaptability, and a patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Applied Behavior Analysis Technician experience.
• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility with changes in workload.
• Proven exceptional customer service and patient care experience.
• Self-motivated with the drive to exceed patient expectations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with documentation, billing, treatments, and interventions under the direction of a BCBA.
• Support clinicians and help children and their families learn new skills and techniques.
