Job summary

Ivy ABA, part of the Ivy Rehab Network in West Chester, Ohio, is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to support our ABA program under the direction of a BCBA. You will assist with documentation, billing, treatments, and interventions, helping children and families learn new skills with autism-focused therapy, while building strong relationships with teammates, families and patients.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Applied Behavior Analysis Technician experience.
• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility with changes in workload.
• Proven exceptional customer service and patient care experience.
• Self-motivated with the drive to exceed patient expectations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with documentation, billing, treatments, and interventions under the direction of a BCBA.
• Support clinicians and help children and families learn new skills and techniques with therapy for autism.
