Qualifications

• Certification as Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) highly preferred.
• 1-2 years experience working with children highly preferred.
• 1 year experience with ABA preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 direct ABA treatment to clients.
• Work closely with supervising BCBA to ensure quality service.
• Support parent and caregiver training as directed.
• Collect data and document client records.
• Communicate regularly with parents and supervisors.
