Job summary

Channel ABA in MD is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to provide ABA therapy for children and adolescents with autism and developmental disabilities in PG County. RBTs will implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision, working one-on-one to build communication, social, and daily living skills in homes, schools, and community settings.

Candidate must hold current RBT certification, have a high school diploma (bachelor's preferred), and be able to lift up to 35 lbs, travel up to 45

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• High school diploma; bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• One year minimum of working with individuals with autism or developmental delays.
• Experience with online data collection programs preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, problem solving, and critical thinking.
• Familiarity with ABA laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines.
• Background checks (federal and state) required.
• Ability to sit on the floor, kneel, crawl, squat, or stand for extended periods.
• Lift up to 35 lbs; travel up to 45 minutes.
• Current first aid and CPR certifications; willing to complete background checks.
• Afternoon/Evening availability.

Responsibilities

About the Position

We are currently hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children and adolescents with autism and developmental disabilities in PG County, MD.

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will work one‑on‑one with clients implementing treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Our team focuses on assent‑based, compassionate ABA therapy that helps children build communication, social, and daily living skills.

Services are provided in homes, schools, and community settings.
