Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking licensed RBTs to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings on a part-time basis. Positions require a 6-month commitment with competitive pay and Same Day Pay options for immediate access to earned funds.

Training is provided, and higher growth opportunities exist within a supportive clinical team. RBT certification must be obtained before working and passion for helping children with Autism is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and ability to remain calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as a key member of the clinical team implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
