Job summary

Heartland ABA seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support clients in achieving goals. Roles are part-time, home- or community-based with flexible schedules and same-day pay options.

You will work with a clinical team to implement skill-building plans, record data, and foster a positive learning environment. RBT certification is required; paid training is provided and a six-month commitment is encouraged. Opportunities for advancement exist.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
