Heartland ABA is seeking motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support clients in homes and community settings. This role centers on one-on-one ABA services to help children with Autism reach personalized goals.

All positions start part-time with a six-month commitment, paid training, and opportunities for advancement within a thriving ABA team. Same-day pay is available, with earnings accessible after clocking in and out.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Patience, compassion, and calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• No experience? Paid training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and families.
