heartlandbehavior is seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support children with autism in home or community settings. Roles are part-time with opportunities for flexible scheduling and professional advancement within the ABA field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification required before working.
