Heartland Behavior is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team and support children with Autism in home and community settings. You will collaborate with a clinical team to implement evidence-based ABA services, track progress, and help families achieve goals.

The role offers part-time hours with stability, opportunities for professional advancement, and a path for gaining supervised and unrestricted hours through our network.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patient, compassionate and able to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in home or community settings.
• Implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage with families.
